Why is the pricing different?
Every wedding at The Gem includes our Reception Essentials: professional service staff, reception coordination, water and wine service, plate clearing, glassware resets, and full setup and teardown. Security services are also included, plus the Jade Getting Ready Suite, yours for the night of your wedding. It's all built into your quote on purpose. Your wedding day should be completely stress-free, with no surprise fees or last-minute add-ons to figure out. Everything is taken care of before you arrive.
For corporate events, retreats, holiday parties and other gatherings, pricing works differently. You build exactly what you need, so you only pay for the services that make sense for your event. Two different experiences, two different approaches to pricing.

How it works
Your venue fee covers the space and everything in the left list below. Your Minimum Collective Spend is on top of the venue fee and goes toward the services you choose from the right.

This ensures your guests receive proper service, plateware, glassware, and everything needed for a seamless dining experience.
