5% GST + Catering Gratuity Charge will be applied to all food bills.
Food service staff are not included in the menu price. Staffing fees will be determined by the final number of guests and style of food service provided and charged by The Gem.

An additional fee will apply if 10% > of your guest count have allergies/restrictions that require menu ammendments.
