- All alcohol must be purchased from The Gem.
- No corkage fee. At venue discretion, items may be requested off the beverage menu, so long as the venue team can source from our suppliers. These items must be purchased by the case/bottle in full.
- No outside liquor may be brought onto the premises or any facility at The Gem. No Gem liquor may be taken outside of the venue. A $500 penalty will be applied to the host invoice if this is violated.
- A maximum of two alcoholic drinks will be served per guest per trip to the bar.
- All beverage prices will be subject to 18% gratuity and 5% tax.
- Due to the nature of our AGLC liquor license, alcohol service must be accompanied by food service. This applies to cocktail hour, dinner service and late night.
- Last call for alcohol service is 1:00 am
- All alcohol must be purchased from The Gem.
